1）材料定位系统

mt-6500型织带印花机采用垂直三重定位，对位准，整卷，多条同时转印速度快，效益高！【适用于：各种手机挂带，鞋带，腰带，松紧带，，雪丝带，商标等产品的转印】

2）转印纸定位系统

mt-6500型织带印花机采用气胀轴加胀力调节器特点：

轴主体采用钢管，表面镀铬，铝制凸键伸缩灵活；配置橡胶内胆与快速充排气气嘴，密封效果好，使用寿命长，可拆卸轴头，维修方便。充气后单边膨胀高度可达5mm至6mm，比如膨胀前直径为74mm至75mm，膨胀后直径可达79mm至82mm，特殊膨胀高度，另行要求。3英寸键式气胀轴，通常使用卷管内径76mm。可满足客户印刷面积不受限制收放卷轴、能有效提高工效。

特征：在印刷过程中印花纸才不会左右偏移，原始的要几个人操作有啦以上2个定位系统现在只需要1个人就可以操作啦。印刷速度也有所提高.

main body ofaxis is made by high steel tube, coated by chrome onsurface. scalable and flexible aluminum cam key; high-rubber internal bladder; quick charge and exhaust gas nipple; goodsealing effect; long serviceable life; dismountable axle housingconvenient to repair. the expansion height of single side could be5mm-6mm after being inflatable. for example, if its diameter was74mm-75mm, after be inflatable it would be 79mm-82mm. specialexpansion height should be required separately. 3-inch button styleair shafts; 76mm usually inside diameter; it can meet the differentre of printing area, and highly improveefficiency.

4        毛毯校正系统

blanketcorrection system:

mt-6500毯带脱离式,毛毯采用同步调节，并且带有压力平衡杆，确保每次毛毯和加热筒压力一致，彻底解决啦在关机或停电时毛毯降温的问题，更好的保护毛毯带。
