asme是什么？

asme《锅炉及压力容器规范》是由美国机械工程师协会（asme）和美国国家标准协会（ansi）联合颁布的锅炉及压力容器综合性的技术规范。是世界上出现早、具有性的锅炉及压力容器规范。1977年成为美国国家标准，其他国家也有用它作为本国标准的。自1914年问世以来，经过不断补充和修改，发展色有11卷和22册。每年改版一次，每6个月发一次补遗，内容为修改的条文。

适用范围是什么？

动力锅炉、核动力装置、供热锅炉、金属制压力容器、玻璃纤维增强塑料压力容器等。其中第vi卷为《压力容器》，主要内容是关于压力容器的材料、设计、制造、检验等，贯彻了压力容器的整个体系。第w卷又分为两册，第一分册通常被称为“按规则设计”或“常规设计”；第二分册名称为《压力容器的又一规程》，通常被称为“按分析设计”或“分析设计”。在第一分册中对容器的总体部位采用弹性失效设计准则，按第一强度理论决定当量应力，根据经验同时用强度极限和屈眼极限确定许用应力，第二分册的特点是对容器各部位的应力作详细分析，将求得的应力根据它们对容器失效产生不同影响加以分类，并分别按相应的失效准则进行强度校核。对部分应力允许有较高的应力强度，设计壁厚可减薄。与按规则设计相比，按分析设计的方法更为科学合理，但要求进行详细的应力分析（包括jingque解、数值解或实验应力分析等），其工作量很大，对材料和结构尺寸的限制相当严格，对制造、检验和测试的要求非常苛刻，所以仅用于有特殊要求或重要的压力容器。
