aptiv 2100 has a uni of properties providing high temperature performance,lightweight, mechanical strength, durability, excellent radiation,hydrolysis and chemical resistance, electrical insulation,excellent barrier properties with high purity, good flammabilitywithout the use of flame retardants, low toxicity of combustionproducts, and low moisture absorption in a film format. inherentlyhalogen-free and ease of processing makes aptiv films a technologyenabler for our customers and end users. 

aptiv 2100 seriesprovides a higher modulus over the aptiv 2000 series amorphousfilms. this grade is tailored towards thermoforming of thin wallparts with higher modulus, such as speakerdiaphragms. 

please note – aptiv 2100will crystallise if taken above the tg [143°c (289°f)] in eithersecondary processes or end use application. the crystallisation isnot reversible back to the amorphous phase without re-melting thematerial. consideration of the temperature range during processingand end use application needs to be included if selecting aptiv2100. availability 

the films are availablein thickness of 100 and 125 microns

请注意，如果在二次工艺或终用途应用中超过tg[143°c（289°f）]，aptiv2100将结晶。在不重新熔化材料的情况下，结晶不可逆地返回到非晶相。如果选择aptiv2100，则需要考虑处理和终用途应用过程中的温度范围。
