蓄电池优越的性能特点：

隔板采用进口的胶体电池专用波纹式pvc隔板，其隔板孔率大，电阻低。

电池槽、盖为abs材料，并采用环氧树脂封合，确保无泄露。

胶体电池电解质为凝胶电解质，无酸液分层现象，使极板各部反应均匀，增强了大型电池容量及使用寿命的可靠性。

过量的电解质，胶体注入时为溶胶状态，可充满电池内所有的空间。电池在高温及过充电的情况下，不易出现干涸现象，电池热容量大，散热性好，不易产生热失控现象。

胶体电池凝胶电解质对正极、负极活物质结晶过程产生有益影响，使电池的深放电循环能力好，抗负极硫酸盐化能力增强，使电池在过放电后恢复能力大幅提高。

ups常用电池的种类：

在ups应用中的电池共有三种：包括开放型液体铅酸电池,免维护电池,镍铬电池。现ups厂家所配的电池一般为免维护电池下面以免维护电池为主介绍三种电池的特点：

1：开放型液体铅酸电池：此类电池按结构可分为8-10年,15-20年寿命两种。由于此电池硫酸电解会产生腐蚀性气体,此类电池必须安装在通风并远离精密电子设备的房间且电池房应铺设防腐蚀瓷砖。由于蒸发的原因,开放电池需定期测量比重,加酸加水。此电池可忍受高温高压和深放电。电池房应禁烟并用开放型电池架。　　此电池充电后不能运输因而必须在现场安装后充电初充电一般需55-90小时。正常每节电压为2v,初充电电压为2.6-2.7v。

蓄电池安装注意事项

    (1)按上下方向正立放置为原则,禁止倒立使用电池。

    (2)不要在蓄电池上给予异常的振动与撞击。

    (3)在安装过程中要注意绝缘。

    (4)不要把机器安装成密闭形结构。

    (5)在安装过程中要注意让电池之间保持一定的间距,以保证空气流通。

    (6)请不要把不同种类的蓄电池混合使用。

    (7)不要让电池与有机溶剂接触。

质保规则：

    期限：视使用方法及使用客户，质保期为三年。

   使用说明：铅酸蓄电池长时间放置三个月要为电池补充电量，放置半年让电池充放一次，达到一个循环；使用过程中，切忌把电放干再充电，对电池影响很大，要随用随充电，充满为止，但也不要过充、过放

   包装：为纸箱，根据运输距离可打扎带，可打木箱。纸箱包装：1只/箱，采用物流长途运输或两箱打一个包装，为客户节约运输费用。

    运输：样品可采用快递方式，批量货，可采用物流或客车，部分地区根据长期经销商情况可采用代收款的方式或预付30%--70%定金，余款代收 的方式。

  验收：不管采用哪种方式运输货物，请客户和收货人一定在承运单位当事人在场时当场查验收货，查看外包装，是否破损，变形，是否沾水，小件可拿起来晃动，听听内部是否有配件脱落，用手捏一捏内部是否有碎屑或裂缝等，确保我们的货物和产品安全到达目的地。若遇到不可抗因素，我们三方可协调解决运输问题。

供方责任：

38ah(含38ah)以上蓄电池，质保期为三年，三年出现任何非人为质量问题，免费更换全新的同品牌同型号规格的蓄电池.

非人为质量问题包括：运输过程中造成的电池破损、鼓包、漏液、电池电压范围异常、接线端子变形等.

客户责任：

1.客户可凭我公司的采购合同编号，并提供破损蓄电池详细照片，客服通过验证后立即向客户免费派发指定型号的蓄电池.

2.客户在收到更换的全新蓄电池后，请立即将损坏的蓄电池发往供货公司.
