pmma原料特性

1、无色透明，透光率达90%-92%，韧性强，比硅玻璃大10倍以上。

2、光学性、绝缘性、加工性及耐候性佳。

3、溶解于四 氯 化碳、苯、甲苯、二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷和丙酮等有机溶剂。

4、具有较高透明度和光亮度，耐热性好，并有坚韧，质硬，刚性特点，热变形温度80℃，弯曲强度110mpa。

5、密度1.14-1.20g/cm3，变形温度76-116℃，成型收缩率0.2-0.8%。

6、线膨胀系数0.00005-0.00009/℃，热变形温度68-69℃（74-107℃）。

pmma物理性质：

高度透明的无定形热塑性聚合物，相对密度(30 ℃／4℃)1.188-1．22。

高度通明性，透光率90％-92％，比无机玻璃还高，并能透过紫外线光达73．5％。

折射率1. 49。

机械强度高、韧性好，拉伸强度60一75mpa，冲击强度12-13kj／m，比无机玻璃高8-10倍。

可拉伸定向，冲击强度提高1.5倍。具有优良的耐紫外线和大气老化性。玻璃化温度80-100 ℃，分解温度＞200 ℃。

使用温度-40～80℃。耐碱、耐稀酸、耐水溶性无机盐、烷烃和油脂。

溶于二氯乙烷、氯仿、丙酮、冰醋酸、二氧六环、四氢呋喃、醋酸乙酯等，不溶乙醇、乙醚、石油醚等。电绝缘性良好。
