 gx-701单轴转角度自动切台（single shaftcutting machine with automatic angle setting）

适用范围： 单轴转角度自动切台适用于3m、tesa、日东等品牌次胶带，如eva、麦拉、kapton、醋酸布、补强带、导电布、铜箔、铝箔等材料的裁切。

特点：
   1.切刀可以在-10度至10度之间自动调整角度，实现1台机器只需1片刀就可以实现对各种类型、各种宽度胶带进行分切的便捷操作。
   2.自动化程度高，整机plc自动程序控制，操作面板采用7′触摸屏，操作指令以指摸形式输入，实现智能型人机对话。工作时可预设10个程序自动连续执行。
   3.圆刀转角度用伺服马达配合滚珠丝杆进行。
   4.产品切宽以伺服马达配合精密滚珠螺杆及直线滑轨控制，定位精准。
   5.使用伺服电机或者油压控制进退刀，切削力大，避免产品端面出现台阶现象。
   6.产品切宽定位，误差在±0.15mm之内，端面整齐，无凹凸现象。
