1. 介绍

5.1胺类的对比-伯胺/仲胺

5.2 黄变
codis 95置放在烧杯内然后在室温下暴露在空气中.超过2 个月的时间观察没有任何的颜色改变.
0.5% 的 codis 95 分别加入至苯丙;纯丙;醋丙;醋酸乙烯酯－叔碳酸乙烯酯乳液.样品在50c 储藏 1个月.
任何一个样本均未发现黄变.
5.3钴浸出
从碳化钨工具浸出的钴会缩短工具的寿命.钴存在于液体中会导致出现皮肤病/暴露的颗粒会危害工人,以及带来
废水处理的难题.codis 95表现极低的钴浸出.
5.4亚硝胺生成
亚硝胺，特别是 n-亚硝胺是致癌物质。
仲胺是有潜在可能形成 n-亚硝胺。这些 n-亚硝胺是通过仲胺和亚硝酸盐或氧化氮反应而生成。
德国机构法规在 1990年起已禁止仲胺使用在金属加工液。伯胺和叔胺可以被使用于金属加工液和金
属底漆基于它们产生亚硝胺潜在危险挺低。
6.湿膜附着力-早期抗水性
由于amp95 的广泛使用，其他的脂肪醇胺亦相继进入市场-他们均声称性能上的优点。这些脂肪醇胺，和
氨水均通过使用连结料 revacryldp553(synthomer)制成的漆膜进行耐水性评估。

6.2 测试
所选择的胺在revacryldp5530(synthomer)添加量均为0.2%。然后分别涂刷在冷轧钢板上，湿漆膜厚
为 100 微米。漆膜先在 60℃下经过15 分钟的干燥然后再在室温下经过 16 小时干燥。钢板及后在自来水
里浸泡 48 小时。从水里拿出后，轻轻的把板材拍干接着进行附着力测试

6.4 讨论
从湿膜在冷轧钢板的附着力测试显然胺的选择起了主要的作用。试验显示 codis 95 和氨水的结果是理
想。这是因为各种胺的不同挥发性，故此低挥发性的胺因它的在漆膜残留影响了漆膜耐水性。
兼且因为它的低气味和无黄变，codis 95更是恰当的胺中和剂
