外观结构
主机与控制箱箱分离、控制板采用pvc防静电膜，耐腐蚀，抗老化
底架为gb角钢，pvc粉静电喷涂，整机表面喷有聚氯乙稀（pvc）防腐漆。
仪表和电气
本机的仪表（时间显示、转数显示、温度显示）全部采用数字显示，使之更加准确、直观。
电气控制元件采用国际产品。
传动部分
传动轴采用ldk—p204高精度向心轴承。
主轴实际转数选用欧姆龙生产的变频器，数字显示主轴皮带轮的实际转数。
制冷系统
