　　本缺相、相序保护器是一种应用大规模数字集成电路、无变压器设计的新型高科技专利产品(生产，如有雷同纯属仿冒)。通用性强(3ph 220v～380v、460v～660v50hz/60hz均可使用)，体积超小，外观非常漂亮，是取代施耐德相序保护器(rm4-tg20)、abb、西门子、欧姆龙(omrom)及其它国产相序保护器(xj3、xj5...系列)理想的产品。

　　利用ic检测电源的波形，相位，判断电源是否异常。在电机等感性负载运行时的逆相(反相)、三相电压不平衡、一相或二相断路，短路时，能快速进行判断，并输出继电保护，其保护功能不受线路或负载电流大小、冲击电流、不平衡电流和负载性质的影响，实现全性能、全气候长期工作，确保电动机正常稳定工作。适用于交流50/60hz、3ф220～660v的电路中，作为对各种三相电动机及其它三相设备（如制冷压缩机、水泵、风机、空压机、电梯、注塑机），输入电源的三相电压缺相、逆相及三相电压不平衡提供继电保护。本保护器只对三相电源的电源侧采样！输出继电保护。

一、保护特点  characteristicsof protection
1.动态缺相、静态缺相保护：指被保护设备在运行状态或非运行状态时，任意一相发生断相故障。指示灯形式为：红灯亮，并优先；
phase loss protection: it means that any phase occurs phase losswhen the protected circuit is in running or stopping status. inthis case, the red indicator light will be lighted and bepriority.
2.错相保护：防止l1、l2、l3三相交流电源相序接错的一种保护措施。即时动作。指示灯形式为：黄灯亮；
phase opposite protection: it is a safeguard acting immediately,which protects l1, l2, and l3 three phase against wrong connectionse in this case, the yellow indicator light will belighted.
3.电压不平衡保护：指三相电压不平衡将会影响设备安全运行的一种电压不平衡率的保护。电压不平衡率高于8%时。指示灯形式为：缺相红灯亮，并优先；
voltage imbalance protection: while a protection of voltageimbalance rate > 8%, the imbalance of three phase voltage willaffect the safe running of the e in this case that thereis a phase losing, the red indicator light will be lighted and bepriority.
4.延时保护：有故障出现时监视器延时1~2秒后动作，继电器释放；
delay protection：when the fault happens, the monitor will delay 1~2seconds to act and release.
二、性能特点  characteristics of performance
1.监视器的保护功能不受线路或负载的电流大小，冲击电流、不平衡电流和负载性质的影响。能够全性能、全气候长期工作。功耗不大于2w；
the protection functions of relay don’t be affected by currentintensity of circuit or load, impulse current, imbalance currentand load characteristic. the relay could long term work under fullcapability and full climate. power consumption is lower than2w.
2.用于电机保护时对电机接线方式无要求；
there is no re for connecting method when it is used inprotection of motor.
3.本产品符合gb/t 、gb eqv iec60947-1:1999；
this product measures up gb/t 、gb e:1999.
4.本产品的emc符合gb4343-1995的无线电干扰特性测量方法和允许值；
the emc of the product measures up the limits and methods ofmeasurement of radio disturbance characteristics ofgb4343-1995.
三、工作特点  characteristics of working
1.l1、l2、l3三相接线正确，监视器绿灯亮，继电器吸合；如果相序接错，监视器黄灯亮，只要交换l1、l2、l3三相中的任意两相，监视器就能认定该相序并正常工作。当被保护的设备正常工作后出现黄灯亮，继电器不吸合时，应视为外线路相序误接，监视器具有防误接保护功能；
if the connection of l1, l2 and l3 phases are right, the greenlight of the relay illuminates and the relay closes. if they arewrong, the yellow light of the relay illuminates. exchanging anytwo of them, the relay will accept the phase sequence and begin towork normally. in this case that there occurs yellow lightilluminated and relay unclosed after the protected e worksnormally, it should be a wrong connection of external circuit. therelay has a function of protection against wrong connection.
2.l1、l2、l3三相缺相时，红灯亮，绿灯不亮，继电器释放；电压正常时恢复，绿灯亮，继电器吸合；
while any of these l1, l2 and l3 phases is na phase, the red lightis lighted with the unlighted green light and the released relay.while the voltage come back to normal, it will recover immediatelywith lighted green light and closed relay.
3.l1、l2、l3接三相交流电压，no、com为常开触点；nc、com为常闭触点。直接使用导线连接接线端子；
l1, l2 and l3 connect with three phase ac. no, com are normallyopen contact point and nc, com are normally closed contact point.use lead to connect terminaldirectly.
