4.phone number

5.a list of asins you are applying to sell

6.product images and manuals, as applicable (images shouldinclude all relevant safety information, compliance markings, andproduct information)

7.test reports from an ilac iso 17025 certified laboratoryconfirming each product was tested to the re listedbelow:

mobile phone car charger：ul 2089
