1. please fulfill form and send back.    请填写表格后回传.
2. please settle all charges above mentioned.请支付相关费用.
3. release ctn no.　发放ctn号码.
4. issue original ctn against bill copy and final confirmedform.
凭提单复印件发放正本ctn.
