ultramid® 尼龙：pa6,66, 6/66, 6/6t

ultramid是以pa6、pa66和各种共聚物（如pa6/66、pa66/6以及部分芳香族聚酰胺）为基础的聚酰胺成型化合物。由于它们良好的性质，这些材料已经成为几乎所有工程领域中的多种部件和机器零件（如作为电绝缘材料）以及许多特殊应用中不可缺少的材料。ultramid因其高机械强度、刚度和热稳定性而与众不同。而且，即使在低温下，ultramid也能够提供良好的抗冲击性、优越的滑动摩擦性和无故障加工性。

1.结晶料,熔点较高熔融温度范围窄,热稳定性差,料温超过300度、滞留时间超过30min即分解。较易吸湿,需干燥,含水量不得超过0.3%.

2.流动性好,易溢料。宜用自锁时喷嘴,并应加热。

3.成型收缩范围及收缩率大,方向性明显,易发生缩孔、变形等。
