Thepredecessor of the project was Beijing Shengli Building MaterialsCement Warehouse, covering an area of approximately 70 acres. Theconstruction of 46 unique silos was officially launched in 2014 anddelivered for use at the end of 2014. The park not only focuses onpreserving the architectural style and industrial elements of theold cement storage area with a history of over 30 years, but alsoinjects fashionable elements to organically integrate traditionalindustrial civilization with modern artistic creativity. Theue railway lines with a length of over 400 meters in the parkhave been fully preserved, and combined with the unique industrialsite property form and spatial advantages of the project, we aim tocreate a digital characteristic film and television shooting andproduction base with railway tracks, trains, platforms, warehouses,and large-scale tank bodies as the background and scenes. Its neatappearance and grand momentum will form a unique architecturalgroup on the extension line of Guangqu Road in eastern Beijing.
