安全使用锯片

1、所配设备应具备安全保护装置，如：防护罩，断电刹车，过载保护等。

applied machine shall bee with safety devices, such as protective cover, power-offbrake and overload protector.

2、检查锯片有无损坏，齿型是否完整，锯板是否平整光洁，以及有无其他异常现象，以确保使用安全。

check if the saw blade isscratched, if the edge is complete and if the blade sheet is flatand clean to ensure the safe status.

3、确保机器状态良好，主轴无变形，无径跳，轴径公差为h7。保证锯片回转方向与机器主轴回转方向一致。

ensure thesound condition of the machine including but not limited to notransformed bearing, no track jump and the tolerance is h7.reversing direction of blade shall be the same with that of mainbearing.

4、法兰盘内径与锯片内径一致，外径应不小于锯片外径的1/3，并确认其表面平整光洁，无变

形，无端跳。保证锯片内径与机器轴径之间无过大间隙，安装好法兰盘，装好定位销，拧紧螺母。

internaldiameter of flange plate should be the same with that of the blade.external diameter should be no smaller than 1/3 of externaldiameter of the small blade. the surface should be flat and cleanwithout transformation and end jump. avoid too big gap between theblade and the bearing in terms of internal diameter. afterinstallation of flange plate, set up the positioning pin and fastenthe nut.

5、工作时，发现声音和振动异常、切割面粗糙、或产生异味时，必须立即终止作业，及时检查，

排除故障以免发生意外事故。

if any noise,vibration or unsmooth surface or bad smell is detected, please stopthe operation immediately and a check should be conducted shortlyto avoid any possible accident.

硬质合金圆锯片的修磨

当锯片不再锋利，切断横截面粗糙，必须对锯片进行修磨，否则对切割效果有很大的影响，导致锯片使用寿命缩短，有以下情况须进行修磨更换处理：

1：使用锯片的机器耗能显著增加

2：加工材料时，有明显崩裂现象

3：合金刀头的刃口磨损达到0.02mm

锯片的修磨，应到专业的修磨机器或公司进行修磨，确保锯片长期高效使用。
