本标准规定了热轧、锻制、冷拉弹簧钢的术语和定义、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本标准适用于公称直径或边长不大于120mm的弹簧钢圆钢和方钢（以下简称棒材）、公称宽度不大于160 mm且公称厚度不大于60 mm的弹簧钢扁钢、公称直径不大于40mm的弹簧钢盘条。本标准规定的牌号及化学成分也适用于钢锭、钢坯及其制品。

this standard specifies terms and definitions,orderinginformation,dimensions,shape,mass,technical re,testmethods,inspection rules,packaging,marking and certificateof hotrolled,forged,and colddrawn spring steels. this standardapplies to round and square spring steels (hereinafter referred toas steel bars) with nominal diameter or side length not greaterthan 120 mm,flat spring steels with nominal width not greater than160 mm and nominal thickness not greater than 60 mm,and springsteel wire rods with nominal diameter not greater than 40 mm. thesteel grades and chemical composition specified in this standardare also applicable to ingots,billets and their products.
