this european standard specifies the re for stepstools, stairtype steps and dometype steps stools. this includesdesign characteristics, dimensions, materials, performancere, test methods and the declaration of suitability ofuse. the standard excludes ladders and stepladders as defined byen131-1:1993. the re are based upon the maximum totalload of 150 kg.
