新潞·京杭大运河文创园位于北京朝阳区潞苑南大街甲560号，新潞·京杭大运河文创园占地总面积34500㎡，建筑面积约32000㎡，整体以文化创意**科技为主体，园林景观设计一体化设计以京杭运河为灵感，依据紧紧围绕产业园区"园林景观设计云端廊桥"等建筑语言和京杭大运河导致联系，提升了产业园与城市大运河文化的共鸣。产业园分为三大地域，在这其中a区为花园式独立院落，b区为正中间创意办公区，c区故有装饰艺术展示中心。新潞·京杭大运河文创园位于北京朝阳区总体规划重要启动区的北侧，间隔通州区政府仅有2km之间的距离。产业园装有众创空间，艺术画展等多项公共服务设施，作用搭建产业服务平台，提高企业中间信息传递，资源优化配置分享，降低经营成本。
