this european standard considers re for the protectionof the whole body including head, hands and feet. clothing for headand feet according to this european standard, however, may onlyprovide sufficient protection when worn together with such basicppe specified in the relevant standards as noted in paragraphs 4.2and 4.4 of this european standard. this european standard specifiestest methods and minimum performance re for reflectiveprotective clothing used in specialized fire-fighting. thisclothing provides protection against flame lick and intense radiantheat and is worn for short periods only, to enable the fire-fighterto enter specific high-risk fire-fighting and fire rescuesituations which also require the use of breathing apparatus. thiseuropean standard only covers protective clothing that relies uponthe ability of the outer material to reflect intense radiant heat.this type of reflective clothing may also be used for industrialapplications involving high levels of radiant heat.本欧洲标准考虑了包括头、手和脚在内的全身保护要求。然而，符合本欧洲标准的头和脚用服装只有在与本欧洲标准第4.2和4.4段所述相关标准中规定的基本ppe一起穿戴时，才能提供足够的保护。本欧洲标准规定了专用消防用反光防护服的试验方法和低性能要求。这种衣服可以防止火焰舔和强烈的辐射热，并且只能短期穿着，以使消防人员能够进入特定的高风险消防和消防救援情况，这些情况也需要使用呼吸器。本欧洲标准仅涵盖依赖外层材料反射强烈辐射热能力的防护服。这种反光服装也可用于涉及高辐射热的工业应用

5、消防反光服ce认证怎么做
1）i类ppe消防反光服认证要求： category i
工厂自控+欧标测试报告+doc自我声明
2）ii类ppe消防反光服认证要求：category ii
认证模式b+c：需要由对应消防反光服资质的欧盟公告号机构进行型式测试，以及技术资料的审核，包含说明书，包装，ce标签，doc自我声明等，审核通过后工厂获得b证书；
同时除了保证工厂批次生产的个人防护消防反光服都能满足ce的要求，工厂还需要进行c模式-生产控制。
3）iii类ppe消防反光服认证要求：category iii
认证模式b+c2或者b+d
需要由对应消防反光服资质的欧盟公告号机构进行型式测试，以及技术资料的审核，包含说明书，包装，ce标签，doc自我声明等，审核通过后工厂获得b证书；
同时每年工厂需要按照nb机构的要求进行年审，模式可以选择c2抽样测试，或者d验厂的模式，获得c2证书或者d证书。
只有b+c2和b+d全部完成才是一个完整的ce认证。
