this international standard establishes re forlighters to ensure a reasonable degree of safety for normal use orreasonably foreseeable misuse of such lighters by users. the safetyspecification given in this international standard applies to allflame-producing products commonly known as cigarette lighters,cigar lighters and pipe lighters. it does not apply to matches, nordoes it apply to other flame-producing products intended solely forigniting materials other than cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.lighters, being flame-producing devices, can, as do all flamesources, present a potential hazard to users. the safetyspecification given in this international standard cannot eliminateall hazards, but is intended to reduce potential hazards to users.本规定了打火机的要求，以确保正常使用或用户合理预见的误用打火机的合理安全程度。本中给出的安全规范适用于所有产生火焰的打火机，通常称为打火机、点烟机和打火机。它不适用于火柴，也不适用于仅用于点燃除香烟、雪茄和管道以外的材料的其他火焰产生打火机。打火机作为产生火焰的设备，和所有火源一样，可能对用户造成潜在危害。本中给出的安全规范不能消除所有危险，但旨在减少对用户的潜在危险。
