电压控制起动

电压控制起动方式是在确保起动压降的条件下使电机取得大的起动转矩，大化的缩短起动时间，是好的轻载软起 动方式，如图7所示。

从以上实现软起动的方法来分析，软起动不仅能够将电机的起动特性由“硬”平稳地变为“软”之外,还克服传统降压起动引起的二次冲击电流问题。但是，软起动时的电压是逐渐上升的，在起动开始阶段电机无法获得大转矩。

采用限流起动与斜坡电压起动两种控制方式相结合的方法,这样既不损失起动转矩又避免了起动电流的冲击。

如概述图所示,软起动器的主回路是三对反向并联的晶闸管组成。控制晶闸管触发角的大小，调整其导通时间，使电动机的输出电压的得到控制，让其按照预先设定好的曲线和时间逐渐上升达到额定电压。据此，电机的起动电压和起动电流随意可调，防止了起动电流过大,保护了电网的，实际上软起动的控制原理也属于降压起动,无机械触点是与传统降压起动的不同之处，解决了有触点时对电网和电机的危害的问题。 [3]

晶闸管交流调压电路的控制方式有两种:(1)相位控制方式,：在电路的电源电压上下半波周期内其中的一时刻分别是晶闸管导通，改变其控制角就可以控制电路的接通的时间，达到了到调压的效果。(2)开关控制方式晶闸管代替开关使用的，通过调整电路的接通时间和断开时间之比来调节电压。相位控制用的比较普遍。
