1  powerdrivencomponents动力驱动组件

all power drivencomponents except the cutting means and theground-contacting partsof % pedestrian- controlled self-propelledlawnmowers& shall beguarded to prevent contact with these partsduringnormaloperation.除切割装置和行人控制的自行割草机与地面接触的部分外，所有动力驱动的部件都应加以保护，以防止在正常操作时与这些部件接触。

2  guardattachment 防护罩

all guards shall bepermanently attached to the machine and shallnot be detachablewithout the use oftools.所有防护罩应固定在机器上，不使用工具不得拆卸。

the opening of guards,except for the following, shall require theuse of a tool:除下列情况外，打开护罩需要使用工具:

a)  the opening ofor removable interlocked guards whichdisable the protected movingparts; 使受保护的运动部件失效的联锁保护装置的打开或可拆卸;

b)  the opening ofhinged, automatically closing guards forgrass dischargechutes; 开铰式，供排草槽自动关闭护栏;

3  hotsurfaces热表面

3.1 general

a guard shall beprovided to prevent accidental contact with anyexposed engineexhaust components larger than 10 cm 2 which have asurfacetemperature greater than 80 °c at (20 ± 3) °c ambienttemperatureduring normal starting, mounting and operation ofthemachine.在机器的正常启动、安装和运行过程中，应提供保护，防止意外接触任何外露的大于10cm2的发动机排气组件，这些组件的表面温度在环境温度(20±3)℃下大于80℃。

3.2  temperaturemeasuring e温度测量装置

the temperaturemeasuring e shall have an accuracy of ± 4°c.温度测量设备应具有±4°c的精度。

4  protection fromexhaustfumes废气防护

engine exhaust, whereprovided, shall not be directed towards theoperator.发动机排气，如果提供，不应直接对操作人员。

on machines ewith an enclosure for the operator, the engine exhaustshall not bedirected towards the enclosure or the air inlet totheenclosure.在为操作人员配备了外壳的机器上，发动机排气不应指向外壳或外壳的进气口。

5  pressurisedcomponents压力组件

pressurised hoses, linesand components shall be located or shieldedso that in the event ofrupture the fluid can not be dischargeddirectly on to the operatorwhen in the operatingposition.加压软管、管线和组件应该被放置或屏蔽，以便在发生破裂的情况下，在操作位置时，流体不能直接排放到操作人员身上。

6  li液体溢出

when filled to themaximum % according to the instructionmanual&, li, batteries, fuel systems, oil reservoirs, andcoolantsystems shall be constructed to prevent spillage for 1 minwhilstthe machine is tilted at 20° lateral and 30° longitudinal orat itslimit of stability as specified in the stability test forride-onmachines (see 4.2.4.2.3.2) if greater. weeping at ventsystemsshall not be considered spillage.当根据说明书&填满大%时，液体容器、电池、燃料系统、油箱、当机器以20°横向和30°纵向倾斜时，冷却剂系统应防止溢出1分钟，或在骑乘机器稳定性试验(见4.2.4.2.3.2)中规定的稳定性极限时(如果更大)。在排气系统流出不应被认为是泄漏。

7  seats andfootrests座椅和脚垫

7.1  ride-onmachines shall be provided with an operator seatand foot rests.where there is no floor beneath the driver's feet,foot rests shallbe provided. these shall be covered with slipresistantmaterial.骑乘机应该配备操作人员座椅和脚踏板。如果司机脚下没有地板，应提供脚踏板。这些应覆盖防滑材料。

7.2  for machineswith a width of cut less than or equal to1200 mm:切割宽度小于或等于1200毫米的机器

a) the operator's seatshall have a buttock support at least 115 mmhigh at the rear,above the seating surface, to retain theoperator;操作人员的座椅应在座椅表面以上的后方至少有115毫米高的臀部支撑，以保留操作人员;

b)  the seat shallbe at least 400 mm wide.座位应该至少有400毫米宽。
