所谓saber，是沙特标准局推出的在线网络系统工具，用于产品注册、发行和获取符合性清关sc证书（shipmentcertificate）的一整套无纸化办公体系。

saber符合性认证计划，是集设定法规、技术要求和控制措施为一体的综合体系，其目标在于确保本土产品与进口产品的安全。

如需了解您的产品是否在saber规定范围内，需要提供如下信息进行确认。

1. 产品图片；2. 中英文品名；3. hs海关编码；

认证类别会有5类：

gcc, iecee, coc, qm, supplier conformity declaration

注：强制性gcc和iecee的产品也在做完iecee和gcc后还需要做pc和sc

coc认证流程

coc认证由pc+sc组成，具体认证流程如下：

pc证书（产品认证证书）/ stage 1: pc certificate (productcertification)

第1步，进口商注册saber系统（saber.sa）账号或者联系我们办理注册；importers register sabersystem account or contact us for registration free;

第2步，进口商向saber系统输入申请pc的产品信息；importer inputs product informationof pc application to saber system;

第3步，进口商在saber系统中选择认证机构（因为每个认证机构要求都不相同，建议与我们进行提前确认，以免造成付款了证书办理不出来的情况）；theimporter selects the certification body in the saber system (sinceeach certification body has different re, it isrecommended to confirm with us in advance, so as not to cause thepayment done but failure of the certificate);

第4步，在线支付pc证书费用；online payment of pc certificate fees;

第5步，发证机构收到申请，联系出口商提供认证文件（重要文件之一：tr检测报告，委托我们进行测试）；the cb receivesthe application and contacts the exporter to provide thecertification documents (one of the important documents is tr testreport, which can be entrusted to us.);

第6步，发证机构提交审核通过的文件至saber系统；cb submits approved documents to sabersystem;

第8步，颁发pc证书，证书有效期1年。issue pc certificate with validity of 1year.

sc证书（货运证书）stage 2: sc certificate (shipment certificate)

1，进口商向saber系统提交sc申请；importer submits sc application to sabersystem;

2，发证机构确认pc证书的有效性；the cb confirms the validity of the pccertificate;

3，支付sc认证费；pay sc certification fee

4，签发sc证书，证书只针对该批次进口的货物。 issue of sc certificate only for oneshipment.

如果在saber系统搜索到如下信息： supplier conformity declaration，周期1周

需要资料：

产品图片，产品海关编码，进口商saber系统账号密码。

如果产品需要做gcc，在有相关报告的前提下周期是3周左右，iecee，有cb报告前提下周期需要3-4周

pc周期1-2周，sc周期1周
