美国CPSC发布更新婴儿摇椅安全法规

2022年9月6日，美国消费品安全委员会（cpsc）发布婴儿摇椅安全法规，更新修订了16 cfr1229婴儿摇椅安全法规，法规将自2022年12月19日起生效；

该法规为强制性标准，按照要求，婴儿摇椅产品必须符合astm f2167-22婴儿摇椅消费者安全规范的所有适用规定。

in september 2017,the u.s.consumer product safety commission(cpscor commission)published a consumer product safety standard forinfant bouncer seats under section 104 of the consumer productsafety improvement act of 2008(cpsia).the standard incorporated byreference the astm voluntary standard for infant bouncer seats thathad been adopted earlier in 2017 and was in effect at the time.astmupdated the mandatory standard for infant bouncer seats in 2019 andagain in 2022.consistent with the cpsia's process for updatingmandatory standards for durable infant or toddler products that arebased on a voluntary standard,when the voluntary standardsorganization revises the standard,this direct final rule updatesthe mandatory standard for infant bouncer seats to incorporate byreference astm's 2022 version of the voluntary standard.

dates:

the rule is effective on december 19,2022,unless cpsc receives asignificant adverse comment by october 6,2022.if cpsc receives sucha comment,it will publish a document in the federalregister,withdrawing this direct final rule before its effectivedate.the incorporation by reference of the publication listed inthis rule is approved by the director of the federal register as ofdecember 19,2022
