if the shipment appearsdamaged when received or to be missing contents, please attach thefollowing 4 types of photos:根据ups工作人员的信息提示，需让收件人提供以下的四种类型的图片：1.the externalpackaging (a photo of the affected outside boxor otherpackaging). photos should show packaging type,box strength/ taping and labelsphotos of damaged packaging in thecondition in which it help adjusters determine possible cause andtheextent of the damage. photos taken prior to unboxing mayhelpprove concealed damage.1.外包装（受影响的外箱或其他包装的照片）。照片应显示包装类型、包装箱强度/质量胶带和标签损坏包装的照片，以帮助调整人员确定可能的原因和损坏程度。拆箱前拍摄的照片可能有助于证明隐藏的损坏。
