东亿国际传媒产业园始建于2008年。园区始终坚持中国共产党的领导，砥砺奋进，在高井党总支的领导下先后获得了“国家文化产业示范基地”、“全国**文创ip园区”、“北京市文化创意产业园区”、“首都文化企业三十佳”等荣誉称号，并成立了东亿园区联合党支部和园区“妇女之家”。在北京市及朝阳区政府的领导下，在《北京市产业结构调整指导意见》及《关于加快文化产业发展的指导意见》的精神指导下，东亿园区围绕着文化产业集群化发展，着力打造了产业聚集效应显著的生态型文化产业示范基地。园区各类配套设施一应俱全、产业生态系统健康发展，除了园林式的独栋写字楼外，还配套了三个演播厅、花漾年华电影主题酒店、新维亚商务酒店、东亿美术馆、城市书坊、会议中心、运动馆、篮球场、多层式停车楼等设施，以满足广大文化从业者不同层次的需求。
