拍卖公司申请材料：

1企业取得从事拍卖业务的许可申请书

2公司章程

3营业执照

4公司拍卖业务规则

5聘任拍卖师职业资格证书

6法定代表人简历

7居民身份证

1、首先确定公司名称及经营范围：带拍卖业务；

2、股东的出资比例，

3、注册资金100万以上（可认缴），拍卖1000万以上（必须实缴）

4、注册要求商业用房，平米在70平以上；

5、法人、股东、监事的复印件；

6、普通拍卖公司需要一名拍卖且具备3年9场拍卖纪录的；

7、拍卖公司还需要有5名拍卖；

8、流程：*工商注册-拍卖协会调转拍卖师-商务委办理拍卖-局办理拍卖；
