if a simatic s7-300-based system is to communicate with asiemens control center, e.g. simatic pcs 7 telecontrol, wincctelecontrol, wincc oa, or a control center of a third-partysupplier using the iec 60870-5 telecontrol standard, the iec60870-5-101 (serial), -103 (protection) or -104 (tcp/ip)telecontrol protocols can be used in the simatic automationsystems.
