发展历程

上个世纪80年代末我国才陆续建设彩钢板机组，这些机组多建在钢铁厂及合资企业，彩钢板工艺设备基本从国外引

进。到2000年国产彩钢板达到173万吨，出现了产能过剩。国有特大钢铁企业的机组产能、装备水平较高，都相继

建成了采用国外技术、年生产能力12万~17万吨的彩钢板机组。

同时，许多民营企业投资的彩钢板生产大多采用国产设备，产能较小，但上马快，投资低，产品主要面向建材，装

饰行业。另外，外资、台资也纷纷登陆兴建彩涂机组，但大部分集中在沿海地区。1999年以来，随着彩涂板市场兴
