surlyn结构与特点：surlyn树脂是杜邦美国杜邦公司利用*特的生产工艺聚合而成，是由高压自由基聚合的乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物经部分或全部中和而制成的一种共聚物。surlyn树脂中酸的含量约为6%（摩尔），用钠、钾、镁或锌的化合物中和酸。

surlyn树脂的密度为0.93～0.94克/立方厘米，它可以像低密度聚乙烯那样进行吹塑和挤出成型；而另一方面它又比低密度聚乙烯有高的强度、耐油性和对材料的粘合性。由于它还具有优异的透明度而曾被称为透明聚乙烯。

structure and characteristics of surlyn: surlyn resin ispolymerized by dupont company of the united states using specialproduction process. it is a copolymer made of ethylene-methacrylicacid copolymer polymerized by high-pressure free radical andpartially or completely neutralized. the content of acid in surlynresin is about 6% (mol), and the acid is neutralized with sodium,potassium, magnesium or zinc compounds. the density of surlyn resinis 0.93~0.94 g/cm3, which can be blown and extruded like lowdensity polyethylene;
