内置ic压电加速度传感器和采集显示设备之间的通信：icp压电加速度传感器需要恒流源供电，典型值为：24vdc 、4ma，而不是电子仪器通常具备的恒压源供电。icp传感器输出的与振动加速度成正比的交流信号是叠加在一输出偏压上(8-12v)，而不是通常意义上的以地为参考点。由于上述两大特点，icp压电加速度传感器不能直接使用，必须经由信号调理器供电和信号处理后才可以和采集显示设备通信。
