应用

cpu 414–5h 是用于 simatic s7-400h 和 s7-400 f/fh 的 cpu。它允许配置为一个容错的s7-400h 系统。它可与 f 运行授权一起用于故障安全 s7-400®f/fh自动化系统。内置的profibus-dp接口使它能够作为主站或从站直接连接到profibus-dp现场总线。

设计

cpu 414-5h 拥有：

功能强大的处理器：
cpu 处理每条二进制指令的时间小于 18.75 ns。

4 mb 主存储器（2 mb 用于程序，2 mb 用于数据）；
装载存储器用于存放 s7-400h f/fh 自动化系统的用户程序和组态数据；高速主存储器用于存放与过程相关的用户程序的子程序

存储卡：
用于扩展内置装载存储器。 除程序本身之外，装载存储器中所含的信息还包括 s7-400h f/fh的组态数据，这就是要在存储器中占据双倍空间的原因。 其结果是：

内置的装载存储器不能满足大程序量的要求，因此需要存储卡。
提供有 ram 和 feprom 卡（feprom 用于在断开电源时保存数据）。

灵活的扩展选件：
多达 131,072 点数字量和 81,932 点模拟量输入/输出。

mpi 多点接口：
mpi 可用来建立一个 32 个节点的简单网络，数据传输速率 187.5 kbit/s。cpu 可以与通信总线（c 总线）上的节点和mpi 上的节点建立多 64 个连接。
注：
当同时使用 profibus dp 和 mpi 接口时，只能将下列总线连接器连接到 mpi 接口：

profibus dp 接口：
通过 profibus dp 接口，可以实现冗余、分布式自动化组态，从而提高了速度，便于使用。对用户来说，分布式 i/o 作为集中式i/o 来处理（相同的组态、编址和编程）。

profinet 接口，带 2 个端口（交换机）：
支持系统冗余和 mrp（介质冗余协议）

模式选择开关：
拨动开关设计。

诊断缓冲区：
后的 120 个报警和中断事件保存在一个环形缓冲区中，用于进行诊断。

实时时钟：
cpu 提供带日期和时间的诊断报告。

profibus dp 接口：
通过带 profibus dp 主站接口的cpu 414-5h，可迅速建立起操作方便的分布式自动化系统。对用户来说，分布式 i/o 作为集中式 i/o来处理（相同的组态、编址和编程）。

the f-runtime license can be used to compile the failsafe f userprogram and run it on the cpu. a license is required for eachs7-400f/fh system. 2 tÜv stickers are included.

reporting functions

status and fault indicators:
leds indicate internal and external errors and operating modes suchas run, stop, startup, "master” mode, redundancy error, testfunction, etc.

test functions:
the pg can be used to display signal states in program execution,modify process tags irrespective of the user program, read out thecontents of stack memories, run separate program steps and inhibitprogram components.

information functions:
the pg can be used to provide the user with information about thememory capacity and operating mode of the cpu, and the currentutilization of the working and load memories.
