锥形双螺杆

该系列的螺杆主要针对pvc类产品而设计，锥形双螺杆转速低， 物料在机筒内的剪切作用稳定'均匀，螺杆较短，物料停留时间短，特别适合热敏性物料的塑化成md 口工。

主要应用领域

包括pvc管材，pe/pp/pvc木塑挤出，pvc结皮发泡板， pvc异型材，pvc/pp波纹管，pvc地板革类产品、pvc防水斟膊。

双合金溶胶机筒方面，从以往的合金含鹤10%提 升至含碳化钨30%及50%,可加工长度增加从 3000mm 提升至4000mm。
