h-77喷雾助剂是基于烷氧基改性聚三硅氧烷,具有超级展扩能力的表面活性剂。h-77喷雾助剂降低喷雾溶液表面张力的能力远大于常规助剂。
h-77喷雾助剂在0.1%浓度(重量比)可使水的表面张力降至约20.5mn/m,而10-乙氧基辛基苯(一种常用的非离子表面活性剂)在浓度1%(重量比)时,只有使水的表面张力降至30mn/m.。比较常规喷雾助剂,h-77喷雾助剂能够更有效地降低溶液的表面张力。由于h-77是一种超级展扩的表面活性剂,可降低喷雾溶液与叶面的接触角,从而增加了喷雾的覆盖面。而且,h-77可促进药液通过叶片气孔的吸收,喷雾溶液通过此途径被植物吸收而耐雨水冲刷,从而提高了使用的可靠性。
h-77在常态下为非离子,可应用于大部分农药配方中。

使用方法

配方中,h-77喷雾助剂可作为一个组分应用于农药配方中。虽然有机硅表面活性剂在酸,碱条件下会水解,但将配方缓冲至ph6.5-7.5就可以实现理想的功效,同时建议在总配方中h-77喷雾助剂的浓度不低于5%.
  桶混：h-77喷雾助剂作为桶混助剂,可提高喷雾覆盖面,促进吸收和降低喷雾量。如果喷雾混合液的ph在5-8,并在制备后24小时内使用,h-77可发挥效果。
  高喷雾量并添加大剂量表面活性剂的喷雾中,不需要加入h-77喷雾助剂而达到满意的覆盖面。实际上,通常在低喷雾量中加入0.025%-0.1%的h-77即可达到足够的覆盖面。h-77已经在全球成功地应用于喷雾中,典型的用法如下：
