短程蒸馏的分离原理是利用液体分子量差异从而造成受热后的平均自由程不同来实现的:液体混合物为达到分离的目的,首先进行加热,能量足够的分子逸出液面。轻分子的平均自由程大,重分子的平均自由程小,在离液面小于轻分子平均自由程而大于重分子平均自由程处设置—冷凝面,使得轻分子落在冷凝面上被冷凝,从而破坏了轻分子的动态平衡,使得轻分子继续不断逸出。而重分子因达不到冷凝面,很快趋于动态平衡.这样就将混合物分离了。
the short-rangedistillation separation is materialized by using liquid moleculesweight difference to cause the free path length after heating them:liquid mixtures are often separated by heat first, and thenmolecules which are powerful enough would escape from the surface.the free path length of light molecules is big, while the heavyones’ is small. set a condensing surface between the light ones’length and the heavy ones’, and then light molecules would becondensed after they stop at the condensing surface. it breaks thedynamic balancing of the light molecules, and they will escapecontinually. nevertheless, the heavy molecules tend to achievedynamic balancing because they can’t reach the surface. inthis way, mixtures are separated.
与其它蒸馏方法相比,短程蒸馏的突出优点在于操作温度低和物料受热时间短,这两点对于高沸点和热敏性物料尤为重要,因此,短程蒸馏技术成为一种对高沸点、热敏性物料能有效无损分离的手段,而被广泛使用。
compared to otherdistillationues, the outstanding merits of short-rangedistillationue are the low temperature and the shortheating time which are extremely important to high boiling pointand heat-sensitive materials. therefore, as an effectivenon-destructive means of separation, short-range diue is widely used.
第一阶段薄膜蒸发器利用薄膜蒸发脱水、脱臭、脱轻组分。

thin-film evaporatordehydrates, deodorizes, and removes light components by usingthin-film evaporation.
第二阶段短程蒸馏分离器
secondphase:
1 原料油如含有柴油、溶剂、或轻燃料油时,先使用短程蒸馏器于低温度工作条件下于以脱除
2 分离油渣回收基础油
1) use short-rangedistillatory to remove diesel oil, solvent or light fuel oil fromraw oil in low-temperature working condition.
2) separate oil residueand recycle base oil

2) wastewater
removed, but wastewater contains 1% oil slick which is needed to be disposed by wastewater treatment equipment
3) oilsludge
reflow in the system,until slots are cleaned.

去除,但废水中约1%浮油,需使用废水处理设备进行处理

1) wastewater
-the weight is inaccordance with the rate of water content of the raw oil. it is2-6% in general. waste water would be disposed by waste watertreatment equipment
- oil within wastewater will be recycled in oil water separator; recycled water willbe reused.
2) oilsludge
-unceasing circulationof recycling
-concentrated oilsludge will be sent to coal-fired plants after cleaning the slots.oil sludge will be incinerated after being mixed.

—重量依原料油含水率而定,一般在2~6%,含油废水以废水处理设备进行处理
—含在废水中的油份在油水分离机回收,回收水则回收再利用
2 油泥
—不断循环再回收
—浓缩之油泥于清槽时送至然煤厂混合后焚化
