看到一张网上的图描述触点的接通时间的过程分析的，非常不错，先放在这里。我们知道其实继电器的触点保护要比mosfet更加残酷，一般继电器的负载要比mosfet大很多。常见的直流大的负荷直流电动机，直流离合器和直流电磁阀，这些感性负载开关关闭，数百甚至几千伏的反电动势造成的浪涌会把触点寿命降低甚至损坏。当然如果电流较小，比如在1a附近的时候，反电动势会造成电弧放电，放电会导致金属氧化物污染触点，导致触点失效，接触电阻变大。
