1.工艺功能概况

2t多功能连续拉拔机组能够生产出φ3～φ8多种材质冷拉园棒材和多种形状（包括方型、六角形、d字型、扁形等等）的冷拉型材。这种冷拉型材的机械形状和尺寸一致性好，精度高，定尺长度一致，平直度好，成材率高。

多功能连续拉拔机组，先把盘卷进行开卷，然后进行预矫直，再用高速连续拉拔方式经过冷拉模具的挤压冷拔，再进行在线的垂直方向精矫直和水平方向精矫直，再送到剪断装置进行定长剪断，再经过输送机构把定长剪断后的一根一根园棒材送入抛光机进行表面抛光，后在收集装置处我们就可以获得成品棒材。所有这些工序过程都是连续地一气呵成，且以每分钟60米的速度进行，自动化程度比较高，非其他老式精密棒材生产设备可比。

2.产品设备构成

与连续生产工艺过程相适应，2t多功能连续拉拔机组由下列设备装置有机地组成一体，它们是：开卷料架、预矫直装置、拉模座和双面凸轮连续拉拔装置、水平精矫直机、垂直精矫直机、定长剪断装置、夹送装置、抛光机和棒材收集装置，相应的电气传动，测量与自动控制装置以及润滑等辅助设施。

2.1 .coilstock frame: the frame can be rounded while drawing machineoperation .

2.2pre-straighten device: the e straightens the coil stock forentering into the entrance of drawing die. consists ofmulti-horizontal-rollers and multi-vertical-rollers.

2.3continuous drawing device :

the pivotalpart of the drawing machine ,it is composed of a drawing model andtwo cams. there are two drawing-dollys reciprocating moving byturns.

thedrawing-dollys are lubricated by lubricating set.

2.4 finestraightener:

this deviceconsists of multi-horizontal-rollers and multi-vertical-rollers. itcovers various sorts of bars.

2.5 shearfor setting up length :

the barlength is measured by the revolving coder. by using dry frictionalair clutch , shearing can reacts in a flash and drive cutting partsto cut off material, to reduce the inertia by baricarrester.

2.6polishing straightening machine:

thee finishes the series work and come out with finished roundroll. it contains flinging plate and straightening ring of highprecision and rigidity.
