产品描述：

挤出机螺杆使用屏障段和混合段，机筒拥有新型沟槽。所有这些新型设计是为了增加塑化和混练效果。特殊设计的hdpe(pp,abs)篮式膜具，使溶解温度更低，拥有好的混合效果，低的机头压力，并有好的稳定产量。

采用特殊设计的冷却和定径系统，使用水循环冷却hdpe(pp,abs)原料，适合以上原料的冷却。特殊设计可以拥有稳定的直径尺寸和圆整度，可以适合生产厚壁管的需要。

特殊设计的真空定径箱，可以确保稳定的直径尺寸和圆整度，使用速度控制系统，使牵引速度稳定。

整条生产线采用plc控制，液晶屏幕控制面板，是操作简易方便。可以增加色标挤出机，使生产的管材拥有色标线。
