一步法优点：

1.该系统不需要对瓶坯重复加热即可实现高速成形。由于利用瓶胚成形时的保有热量进行拉伸-吹塑，带来的优点是再加热所需加热能耗的费用为零、缩短了瓶胚的冷却时间，实现冷水设备的小型化配置。

综合考察了pet瓶、瓶胚、pet原料的搬运费用。例：以运19g的500ml水瓶的箱子为例，如果是1m3的箱子，可以装入约1024个瓶子。瓶胚约可以装入9280个。原料则可以装入约合56421个瓶子的原料。佳速注、拉、吹中空成型机由于是从原料直接完成产品容器成形，搬运费与瓶搬运费相比，可以削减98.2%，与瓶胚搬

一步法中空成型机的工艺特点：

①转盘部分采用伺服电机驱动，避免液压油对产品的污染；

②全自动控制，操作简便；实现产品生产过程中人手无接触，确保产品清洁卫生；

③料筒温度，模具热流道温度采用pit**控制；

④一步法注(拉)吹中空成型机比传统注拉吹设备节省更多的资金及人力资源；

⑥注塑工位：热流道及控温装置已作为标准配置，客户更换产品只需更换模腔及上模即可
