simocrane basic technology v5.0 software西门子触摸屏广州代理商the simocrane basic technology v5.0 package provides notonly the core functionalities in form of a product library,but also 2 application libraries which can be adapted by theusers. the former is optimized for crane‑specificmotion control. the later are mainly applied for se inside the simatic s7‑1500, the communication betweenplc and drive, the monitoring as well as the switchover inside thesinamics s120. the package also contains standard applicationsfor sts crane, gsu crane and ohbc crane separately.
the modular software concept based on each main drive of thecrane construction (e.g. hoist) makes it easier to build updifferent applications according to the crane type. thesoftware structure is shown for a coil crane and a container in the following examples. the motion control of eachmain drive is preconfigured by using the corresponding corefunction blocks from the product library in sinamics.coordinating and monitoring the main drives are realized inthe application by using 2 application libraries in bothsimatic and sinamics.
each function module (e.g. hoist) has 3 dcc chartsseparately in fast/middle/slow cycle time in sinamics forprocessing the setpoint in consideration of the related cranetechnology. furthermore, it has one function block instance inthe simatic plc for executing logic control,mode management and communication. the communication betweenthe simatic s7‑1500 and sinamics s120 can be carried outby the standardized interface via profinet or profibus for eachmain drive. all function modules have been designed in the samestructure.西门子触摸屏广州代理商
