wpr-6180数控平行绕线机是我所根据国内电力产品加工的工艺需求自行研制开发的高精度数控平行绕线设备。
该机具有排线精密、分辨率高、传动链短、传动力矩大、速度选择范围宽、且噪音低等优点。先进的数字控制技术在该机上的使用，使其对机床的运动状态进行数据跟踪，因而具备正反绕线及正反计数、断电保护、自动停车、停车记存、绕线位置设定、定位及故障提示等功能。同时，该机具有多种速度控制方式可供用户选择，主轴具有停车制动及自锁功能，在绕制过程中不会自由反转，始终保持电磁线的拉力。
该机采用触摸屏人机界面数据输入方式，在运行时线径、转速、匝数、层数等数据即时显示，操作简便、直观，运行数据一目了然，不但极大的方便了用户的操作，同时使产品的质量得到了更可靠的保证。
本机结构紧凑、外形美观、绕线精度高，是变压器行业必备的电工专用设备。

the machine has such advantages as precision wire laying, highresolution, short drive chain, high drive moment, wide speedselection range and low noise. due to use of advanced digitalcontrolue in this machine series, it can perform datatracking for machine motion state and thus has the functions offorward and backward winding and forward and reverse counting,power-off protection, automatic stop, stop memory, winding positionsetting, positioning and fault prompt. in addition, the machine hasmany speed control modes for choice of users and the main shaft hasstopping brake and self locking functions. it will not rotatereversely and freely during winding and will always maintain thepulling force of electromagnetic wire.
the machine adopts touch screen man machine interface data inputmode and immediately displays wire size, speed, number of turns andnumber of layers during operation. the operation is simple andvisible and operation data is clear, not only greatly facilitatingthe user,s operation but also ensuring product morereliably.
