多槽式超声波清洗机一般按照客户工件清洗要求设计制造，可以由超声波清洗，超声波漂洗，热浸泡，压缩空气搅拌浸泡，烘干，上油等等工序或工序组合，可根据客户实际需要，可以配置自动/半自动传动机构，灵活满足客户的各种清洗及其它工艺要求。

多槽式超声波清洗机在工厂中的应用非常广泛，由于组合的灵活性，一般我们根据客户提出的清洗要求专门设计对应的方案。

常用清洗工艺：

两槽工艺：超声波粗洗—超声波精洗 或

超声波清洗—鼓泡漂洗

四槽工艺：热浸洗—超声波粗洗—超声波精洗—液下喷流漂洗
