cpsia：（consumer product safety improvementact）《美国消费品安全改善法》，是美国市场对消费品 和儿童护理用品的一项法规标准，

消费品和儿童护理产品，玩具等进驻到美国市场则可以使用 cpsia认证报告来进行清关。该法案的方案号为：h.r.4040.

cpsia受管制产品

虽然“儿童产品”一词可能相对地模糊，但美国消费品安全委员会确定任何符合下列一项或多项特性的产品，都将其归类为“儿童产品”。

如何根据cpsia来定义儿童产品？

1.如果产品适合12岁或12岁以下儿童使用

2.如果产品包装提供适合12岁或12岁以下儿童使用的产品

3.如果产品展示（例如在玩具店或销售儿童产品的网上商店出售）展示适合12岁或以下儿童使用的产品

4.如果产品通常被认为是主要供12岁或12岁以下儿童使用的产品

因此，cpsia不仅管理玩具，亦同时包括儿童家具和婴儿用品。

cpsia 跟踪标签 (tracking label)

所有儿童产品必须有固定的跟踪标签。该标签应包括进口商的名称，操作地址，联系方式和材料信息。

跟踪标签的目的是确保合规性问题可以追溯到某种产品类型，批次和生产设施。
