      诊断标准

suspected cases

1.疑似病例

those with the above clinical manifestations also have any of thefollowing epidemic history:

出现上述临床表现者，同时具备以下流行病史中的任一项：

(1) there was a history of sojourning in areas with reported casesof monkeypox abroad within 21 days before the onset of thedisease;

（1）发病前21天内有境外猴痘病例报告地区旅居史；

(2) close contact with monkeypox cases within 21 days before theonset;

（2）发病前21天内与猴痘病例有密切接触；

(3) have been exposed to the blood, body fluids or secretions ofmonkeypox virus infected animals within 21 days before the onset ofthe disease.

（3）发病前21天内接触过猴痘病毒感染动物的血液、体液或分泌物。

2.确诊病例

suspected cases and monkeypox virus nucleic acid test positive ormonkeypox virus isolated by culture.

疑似病例且猴痘病毒核酸检测阳性或培养分离出猴痘病毒。

for cases that meet the criteria of suspected cases or confirmedcases, infectious diseases should be reported according to relevantre

对符合疑似病例或确诊病例标准的病例，应按相关要求进行传染病报告。

     鉴别诊断

it is mainly differentiated from varicella, herpes zoster, herpessimplex, measles, dengue fever and other febrile and eruptivediseases, as well as skin bacterial infection, scabies, syphilisand allergic reactions.

主要和水痘、带状疱疹、单纯疱疹、麻疹、登革热等其它发热出疹性疾病鉴别，还要和皮肤细菌感染、疥疮、梅毒和过敏反应等鉴别。
