蜗轮蜗杆油

本标准规定了矿物油或合成油型蜗轮蜗杆油的技术条件。本标准所属产品分1-CKE和L-CKE/P两个品种。

L-CKE复合型蜗轮蜗杆油主要用于铜钢配对的圆柱型和双包围等类型的承受轻负荷动中。平稳无冲击的蜗轮蜗杆副，包括该设备的齿轮及滑动轴承、汽缸、离合器等部件的润滑。在潮湿环境下工作的其他机械设备的润滑，在使用过程中应防止局部过热和油温在100以上时长期运转。

L-CKE/P为极压型蜗轮蜗杆油，主要用于铜-钢配对的圆柱型承受重负荷，传动中有报动和冲击的蜗轮蜗杆副，包括该设备的齿轮和直齿圆柱齿轮等部件的润滑，及其他机械设备的润滑、如果要用于双包围等类型的蜗轮蜗杆副必须有油品生产厂的说明。
