原有工商登记政策，非许可审批的经营范围，取得对应经营范围即可开展业务经营，此前“组织文物鉴定活动”经营范围属于非审批许可备案业务，由于“文物鉴定”经营范围在整改中，目前也未确定是否为审批许可项目，故在经营范围规范描述调整时，取消了“组织文物鉴定活动”该经营范围，目前也并未出台许可备案政策，所以目前取得“组织文物鉴定活动”的经营范围执照已绝版，新注册登记的公司只能选择艺术品鉴定、收藏品鉴定的经营范围。
