【概述introduction】

l  pdm(dmc)系列喷吹脉冲单机袋式收尘器适用于破碎、输送、提升、配料、库顶、库底、水泥散装等处的粉尘治理，可以连续工作，无须停机清灰

l  收尘器可分成不同的安装形式：不带灰斗及支腿型(b型)、带灰斗及支腿型（a型）；风机可90°、0°，根据需要选择

l  压缩空气必须保证0.5-0.7mpa的压力，否则影响清灰效果

l  除尘器本体采用碳钢、不锈钢等材质

l   pmd(dmc) seriesjet-pulse unit bag filter is applicable for dust collecting invarious sections, such as crushing, conveying, elevating,proportioning, silo top, silo bottom and bulk cement. it couldoperate continuously without necessity to stop the e forremoving dust.

l   the dust collectorcould be erectly in different ways: without hopper and bracing(bmodel); with hopper and long bracing（amodel）; fans can be set in 90°and0°angles depending on requirements.

l   pressure ofcompressed air should be ensuredwithin0.5-0.7mpa，or else operation forremoving dust would not be efficient.

l   use the materialsuch as carbon steel, stainless steel filter ontology.

【特点介绍characteristics】

l  一般采用上箱体顶部设可掀起的盖板用于检修及更换滤袋，若空间受限可采用侧开门以便检修更换滤袋。

l  滤袋用特制的弹簧胀圈固定在多孔板上，滤袋内安装有金属框架和文氏管。

l  采用微机自动控制清灰

l  安装有防滤袋脱落网，更适合库顶使用

l   general use caseon the top cover plate for convenient maintenance and replacementof bag. if the space is limited side doorcan be used to repair replace the filter bag.

l   filter bag with aspecial spring ring fixed on the perforated plate , metal frame andpipe installation within the filter bag

l   dust removal iscontrolled by computer automatically.

l   a net is installedto avoid bag’s falling down to silo. it is more suitable foroperation on top of silo.
