全精炼石蜡检测GB/T 446-2010

定义：液体石蜡是从原油分馏所得到的无色无味的混合物。它可以分成轻质矿物油及一般矿物油两种，而轻质矿物油的比重及黏稠度较低。
液体石蜡性状为无色透明油状液体，在日光下观察不显荧光。室温下无嗅无味，加热后略有石油臭。
密度比重0.86-0.905(25度)
不溶于水、甘油、冷乙醇。溶于苯、乙 醚、氯仿、二硫化碳、热乙醇。与除蓖麻油外大多数脂肪油能任意混合,樟脑、薄荷脑及大多数天然或人造麝香均能被溶解。
主要成分为c16-c20正构烷烃。
作用:可用作软膏、搽剂和化妆品的基质。

on august 13, construction of the chinese section of secondrussia-china crude pipeline was started ati inheilongjiang province.

the chinese section starts at the mohe initial station and ends atthe linyuan station in daqing, passing through heilongjiangprovince and inner mongolia autonomous region along the way. thepipeline will be constructed in parallel with the firstrussia-china crude pipeline, with a total length of 940km, pipediameter of 813mm, and designed annual deliverability of 15 milliontons. the pipeline is expected to be ready for commission by theend of october, 2017, and is planned to be put into commercialoperation on january 1, 2018.

background information: on march 22, 2013, acooperation agreement for expanding crude trade was inked betweenthe chinese and russia governments in moscow. on june 21, 2013,cnpc and rosneft signed a long-term agreement on increasing oildeliveries, planning to transport 15 million tons of crude to chinaannually via the second russia-china crude pipeline from january,2018. on march 27, 2014, construction of the second russia-chinacrude pipeline project was approved by china's national developmentand reform commission (ndrc).
