msds和sds为何有点像？ 

特别是一些欧洲各国习惯性称为sds（safety datasheet）——安全性技术说明书——把material除掉，觉得范畴更高，由于实际上不仅是原材料material才必须，带有一些原材料material（尤其是带有化工材料的）别的商品也需要给予msds，因此称为sds好像更准确。
