CE认证中Declaration of Conformity（DOC）

在出口欧盟市场时，除了ce证书，经常会有客户或者海关要求制造商或者出口商提供declaration ofconformity，那么什么是declaration of conformity呢？declaration ofconformity（以下简称doc），中文翻译为符合性声明，ce认证的各个指令中都规定了制造商或者其欧盟授权代表必须制作符合性声明，作为ce认证合格评定程序的一部分，doc必须在产品投放欧盟市场之前发布。在有些指令里有另外的名称，比如建筑产品cpr法规中，该文件称为性能声明declarationof performance（dop）。

doc是一种责任声明，声明你符合ce指令及相关协调标准的要求，doc必须建立在合规的合格评定之上，比如产品的测试报告或者合格证书。doc是由制造商出具的，而不是测试机构或者认证机构。以电子电器产品为例，在进行lvd/emc测试合格并按照指令要求准备技术资料之后，制造商就可以出具这两个指令的doc，当然，如果您有rohs2.0的要求，在相应的测试后，也可以在doc上增加rohs 2.0。

doc的内容

以emc指令为例，doc内容包含以下：

eu declaration of conformity(no xxxx)

1.apparatus model/product(product,type,batch or serialnumber)

产品名称/型号

2.name and address of the manufacturer or his authorisedrepresentative

制造商或其授权代表的名称和地址

3.this declaration of conformity is issued under the soleresponsibility of the manufacturer.

本符合性声明由制造商全权负责发布。

4.object of the declaration(identification of apparatus allowingtraceability;it may include a colour image of sufficient claritywhere necessary for the identification of the apparatus)

声明的对象（允许可追溯性的设备标识；它可能包括一个足够清晰的彩色图像，如有必要，用于设备标识）

5.the object of the declaration described above is in conformitywith the relevant union harmonisation legislation

上述声明的目的是符合相关的法规/标准。

6.references to the relevant harmonised standards used,includingthe date of the standard,or references to the other technicalspecifications,including the date of the specification,in relationto which conformity is declared

对所使用的相关协调标准的引用，包括标准的日期，或对其他技术规范的引用，包括与声明一致性有关的规范的日期。

7.where applicable,the notifiedbody…(name,number)performed…(description of intervention)and issuedthe certificate:
