机械压力机CE认证- EN 692:2005+A1:2009详解

机械压力机是用曲柄连杆或肘杆机构、凸轮机构、螺杆机构传动的锻压机械，用于对材料进行压力加工的机床，通过对坯件施加强大的压力使其发生变形和断裂来加工成零件。工作平稳、工作精度高、操作条件好、生产率高，易于实现机械化、自动化，适于在自动线上工作，广泛应用于汽车、船舶等工业机械压力机。中国国产的第1台机械压力机于1955年12月在济南第二机床厂制造成功。

3、en 692:2005+a1:2009适用范围：

this european standard specifies technical safety re measures to be adopted by persons undertaking the design,manufacture and supply of mechanical presses with part revolutionclutch hereinafter called presses which are intended to work coldmetal or material partly of cold metal.

note the design of a machine includes the study of the machineitself, taking into account all phases of its “life”, i.e.construction, transport and commission (including assembly,installation and adjustment), use (including setting,teaching/programming or process changeover, operation, cleaning,fault finding and maintenance) and de- commissioning, dismantlingand, as far as safety is concerned, disposal, and the drafting ofthe instructions related to all above-mentioned phases of the“life” of the machine (except construction), dealt with it in 6.5of en iso 12100-2:2003.

本欧洲标准规定了设计、制造和供应带有零件旋转离合器的机械压力机（以下简称压力机）的人员应采取的技术安全要求和措施，这些压力机旨在加工冷金属或部分冷金属材料。

注：机器的设计包括对机器本身的研究，考虑到其“寿命”的所有阶段，即建造、运输和调试（包括组装、安装和调整）、使用（包括设置、设定/编程或工艺转换、操作、清洁、故障查找和维护）以及停止调试、拆卸和维护，就安全而言，与机器“寿命”的所有上述阶段（施工除外）相关的说明的处理和起草，见eniso 12100-2:2003的6.5。
